Instructions:

  1. Prepare Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate Mushrooms: Place the Portobello mushrooms in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the mushrooms and toss to coat evenly. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, ensure the coals are evenly distributed and the grill is hot.
