Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
