Stir frequently to release the rice's starch for a creamy texture.
  5. Add Mushrooms: Once the rice is creamy and tender, stir the sautéed mushrooms back into the pan.
  6. Finish with Parmesan: Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes:
